By purchasing USS Ulysses (“the Product”) from Strange Materials (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Product is a downloadable software package delivered as a Docker container.
Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use USS Ulysses for personal or commercial use. You may install the Product on any number of machines you personally own or operate. You may not redistribute, sublicence, or resell the Product.
After payment, you will receive immediate access to download the Docker image via a licence key. A setup guide and documentation link will be sent to your purchase email address.
USS Ulysses is sold as a one-time purchase of €99 EUR. This includes the current version and all future updates. No recurring fees. No hidden costs.
The Product integrates with third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) and other services (ElevenLabs, Slack, GitHub, etc.). You are responsible for your own API keys and any costs incurred from those providers. We do not control or guarantee the availability of third-party services.
USS Ulysses is self-hosted software. Your data stays on your machine. We do not collect, store, or have access to your conversations, files, or any data processed by the Product. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Product, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or costs incurred from third-party API usage.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
