How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order email or Stripe receipt
3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

What Happens After a Refund

• Your licence key will be revoked
• You should remove the Docker image from your machine
• The full purchase amount (€99) will be returned to your original payment method

After 14 Days

Refund requests after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people — if something genuinely isn't working, reach out and we'll sort it.

This refund policy is in addition to (and does not affect) your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal for digital content purchases.
