The Short Version

USS Ulysses is self-hosted software. Your data stays on your machine. We don't see it, we don't collect it, we don't want it.

What We Collect

When you purchase USS Ulysses via Stripe, we collect:

• Email address (for delivery and support)
• Billing information (processed by Stripe — we don't store card details)
• Purchase record (order ID, date, amount)

That's it. Nothing else.

What We Don't Collect

• Your conversations with AI agents
• Your files, documents, or data
• Your API keys or credentials
• Usage analytics or telemetry from the Product
• Tracking cookies on the marketing site (we use no analytics)

Self-Hosted = Your Data, Your Control

USS Ulysses runs entirely on your infrastructure via Docker. All conversations, agent interactions, and data processing happen locally on your machine. We have zero access to your instance.

Third-Party Services

The Product connects to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) using your API keys. Your data flows directly between your machine and these providers. We are not an intermediary. Review each provider's privacy policy for their data handling practices.

Marketing Site

This website (getulysses.strangematerials.com) uses no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, and no third-party trackers. The only external service is Stripe for payment processing.

Data Retention

We retain your purchase email and order record for accounting and support purposes. You can request deletion by contacting us. Stripe retains payment records per their own policy.

GDPR & Your Rights

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Data portability
